Warranty of FLEXNET system 5 years

  The producer gives a warranty of surface corrosion of FLEXNET wire cable trays and their accessories. The warranty is given only if the system was installed in recommended environments.

Recomended environment for installation

Recommendation for installation of FLEXNET wire cable trays system, considering the influence of outer environment divided according to the IEC364-3 and Czech standard CSN332000-3. It is not recommended to install the system in industrial premises with heavy mechanical stress - intensive impacts and vibrations (AG3, AF3). The system is fully suitable for installation in industrial premises with a medium and slight mechanical stress.

Electroplated surface

The system is suitable for inner installations of any temperature and humidity. The system is suitable for outer installations only if protected against atmospheric influences (AB1-AB7). Installation in unprotected outer environment is not recommended (AB8). From the point of view of corrosive substances, the system may be installed in AF1 environment, i.e. environment with a minimal influence of such substances. The system should not be installed in highly polluted areas like in chemical industry, etc. (AF2-AF4).

Heat zinc coated surface

The system is suitable for inner installations of any temperature and humidity (AB1-AB8). The system may be installed even in premises with increased probability of water presence. Places in which water can spring in all directions (AD1-AD5). Installation is not recommended in places with regular water occurrence like sea moles, and in places partially or permanently flooded (AD6-AD8). From the point of view of corrosive substances influence, the system may be installed in AF1-AF2 environment, i.e. environment with a significant presence of such substances. Coastal areas and places with significantly polluted atmosphere are involved such as neighbourhood of chemical factories and cement mills.
The warranty does not apply to products that were parted or deformed during the installation and their hot zinc coating was damaged. The warranty shall apply only to the FLEXNET system products and not to their installation. In case of a claim, the complaining customer is obliged to enable the producer to inspect the claimed part directly at the installation place; otherwise the claim is not accepted. The producer recommends to test the coating thickness by magnetic measurement once a year.
